Alfajores: 1.75” diameter
Brownie Truffles: 1.5” diameter
Brownies: 2” inches
Alfajores: Once received, you may leave our Alfajores at room temperature for 3 days, or in the fridge for 10 days. If you choose to refrigerate them, a gentle 10-second microwave warm-up is all they need before becoming the perfect treat.
Brownie Truffles: Once delivered, our Brownie Truffles can sit pretty at room temperature for 4 days (though, let’s be honest, they likely won’t last that long). Alternatively, you may refrigerate them for up to 7 days, allowing these sweet delights to rest at room temperature for 3 hours before savoring their irresistible goodness.
Brownies: These rich delights can be refrigerated, maintaining their decadence for up to 2 weeks. For extended enjoyment, freeze them well-wrapped for up to 1 month. Before serving, we recommend allowing the brownies to rest at room temperature for 3 hours—unlocking a world of deliciousness.

Yes, we want to make you happy! Our small batch culture allows us to customize your orders. We can put your favorite flavors in it. Just make a note of your preference in the “Order Notes” section when you are placing your order. You can also write your gift message there if it is a gift. We will see both notes.

SHIPPING, LOCAL DELIVERY, AND PICKUP
We ship nationwide using USPS Priority Mail which takes 3 to 5 business days depending on the State and excluding Holiday Season. We don’t ship to a P.O Box
Orders placed on:
Monday: will ship on Thursday.
Tuesday: will ship on Thursday.
Wednesday: will ship on Thursday.
Thursday: will ship on Monday.
Friday: will ship on Monday.
For local delivery in the following Counties in Florida: Seminole, Orange, Volusia, Osceola, and Lake Counties, orders should be placed online. Please make a note of your delivery preference.

We make our goodies in small batches in our commercial kitchen, not in a factory. Each of our sweets is made and decorated by hand.
