A trio of delicious teatime flavors:
- Espresso: Need your caffeine fix? You got it! Our Espresso Alfajor cookie embraces a luscious dollop of Dulce de Leche and then topped with Café Bustelo espresso coffee glaze, and finally, decorated with cacao nibs so you can have that sweet kick that you want and need. Fair warning, though: don’t have too much at night because I really do use espresso powder in the glaze.
- Traditional Dulce de Leche: Our melt-in-your mouth Alfajor cookie is filled with a generous dollop of Dulce de Leche and then is decorated with a sprinkled soft cloud of confectioner’s sugar.
- Strawberry & Milk Chocolate: Our buttery Chocolate Alfajor is made with decadent Valrhona cocoa powder. We fill them with our homemade strawberry jam in the center and then hug them with our Dulce de Leche, then drizzled with milk Belgian chocolate and then topped with strawberry crunch for a tea party in your mouth.
