Description
A trio of our Floridian favorite Alfajores:
- Orange Glaze: We fill our Alfajor sandwich cookie with our luscious homemade Dulce de leche and top it off with our orange glaze reduction made of fresh squeezed orange juice and orange zest.
- Guava: Our Alfajor cookie is filled with Guava jam surrounded by a velvety Dulce de leche dollop, while the top cookie is dipped in Guava glaze, and then we decorate it with a cute guava jelly heart.
- Choco-Orange: Our “melts in your mouth” Chocolate Alfajor, made with luscious Valrhona cocoa powder, has a hint of orange zest in it, then filled with yummy orange jam in the center and then hug them with our creamy Dulce de leche, then delicately drizzled with dark Belgian chocolate, and finally, decorated with a piece of candied orange peel.

Orange Glaze Alfajor
Ingredients: butter, sugar cane, unbleached flour, milk, corn starch, baking soda, and salt, fresh squeeze orange juice, orange zest.
Guava Alfajor
Ingredients: butter, sugar cane, unbleached flour, milk, corn starch, baking soda, salt, guava pulp, and citric acid.
Choco-Orange Alfajor
Ingredients: butter, sugar cane, unbleached flour, milk, eggs, corn starch, honey, baking soda, salt, Valrhona cocoa powder, Belgian dark chocolate, orange peel, orange zest and orange marmalade (sugar, orange juice, orange peel, water, fruit pectin, citric acid)
